Disorganized management High turnover Expected to be available at off hours

Toxic culture. Many recent joiners are being laid off even before reaching the one-year mark — it feels like a revolving door with a hire-fast, fire-fast mentality. Most of the engineers with real expertise are based in Australia and New Zealand, which makes knowledge sharing very hard if you’re based in the U.S. Expectations are extremely high, and the workload leaves barely any room to breathe or have a life outside of work.
