Pros

Fun work, intriguing and interesting. Promotes new ideas and venues. Constantly busy with regular work, plus pitches and meetings for potential deals.

Cons

Works you too hard, doesn't have company loyalty, replaces employees with lower-priced junior employees.

Pros

Good location People are friendly Typical startup atmosphere Option to work from home

Cons

The company is struggling financially Since the founders have no actual technical skills related to the business there are supposed to operate and seem to be guided by hubris, they have been successful at wasting money, talents and investors money for more than 10 years. It is quite easy for some middle managers to take advantage of the company. The company made limited progress over the years, still, a disorganized entity plagued by the usual suspects, favoritism, nepotism, and a huge technical debt. Quite impressive to see management openly practicing the apology of mediocrity. Middle managers and team leads are too focused on advancing their own agenda, not the product, so meanwhile, demotivated devs and testers can simply chill knowing that playing politics is a safer route
