      Interesting projects to work on Co-workers are friendly, fun and generally smart

      Cons

      Touts as a security company but does not willing to invest in internal security nor employing security experts. CEO will try and nickel dime you when it comes to salary raise. It is all about perceptions and negotiating skills, not actual results. Inconsistent policy across the board, each employee has to fight for themselves since managers don't have much say. Sales/CEO frequently depart from communicated company strategy/goals to meet short term goals creating unnecessary chaos, frustration only to revert back. Priorities change on an daily basis.

      Does not matter, since the cons outweigh any pros.

      Cons

      HR policies and health benefits change yearly based on how the company is trying to retain, Very unprofessional. CEO pretends to be a know it all and is a micromanager. Extremely frustrating if you have to deal with him directly. No appreciation whatsoever, employees are made to jump from one problem to another, and constantly criticized for not already finishing the next problem. Every department is trying to push the blame on other departments in avoid to deal with the CEO.

      Pros

      Agile startup culture. Hands on experience with great technology. Relaxed work environment. Really interesting products that are used in a wide range of industries.

      Cons

      Agile startup culture: they changed course at the whim of the investors and at the slightest shift in the channel/market. Head count grew and shrank based solely on investor funds. Massive halo effect in the engineering department. Had no clue of what their customers needed/wanted.
