Fairly competitive basic salary package.

Cons

Poor management. Wants results but unable to support you with resources. Does not reflect as a luxury brand. Poor paymaster to supplier & partners. Poor commissions structure, changed 3 times within a year joining. Upper management always paints you a beautiful picture which will never happen.
