Pros
Upper management seems to prefer to hire people as branch managers with zero oilfield experience instead of recruiting from within. I'll let the other reviews speak for themselves but it's obvious why this company has such a low rating.
Cons
Management, Branch Managers, are a failure in competence and communication.

good benefits and RRSP company matching contribution
Cons
No loyalty to their staff and if you are a woman it's even worse. Very nasty corporate culture at the top...so that being said, if you like to advance your career by throwing your co-workers under the bus or like to take credit for other peoples work this is the place for you!
