Very poor communication from corporate leadership, especially during times of crisis.
Following company sale to Bristol Bay Native Corporation, after initial communication, that was basically it; additional details about benefits/salary/process changes was never proactively shared; always reactionary and never very well thought out or empathetic.
Complete lack of business development by BBNC left employees high and dry after abrupt end to contracts.
In a nutshell, enjoyed the team, However, TSI and BBNC corporate leadership - disappointing on so many levels.
