Pros

Nice location of Derby building

Cons

Unfortunately, my experience working at Totally plc was very poor. The company suffered from ongoing instability, unclear leadership, and a lack of long-term direction, which ultimately showed in how staff were treated and supported. Communication from management was often inconsistent or last-minute, creating unnecessary stress and uncertainty for employees. Promises around development, workload management, and organisational improvement were frequently made but rarely followed through. Morale across teams was noticeably low, with high staff turnover becoming the norm rather than the exception. There was a strong sense of job insecurity well before the company went into administration, and concerns raised by staff were not meaningfully addressed. The working environment felt reactive instead of strategic, and employees were often left to deal with the consequences of poor decision-making at senior levels.
