Hire Consultants due to lack of ownership

Pros

None at this time that I can think of!

Cons

Basically everything and it starts at the leadership level. The SLT that are left are not worth working for since they will throw you out with the bath water. New P&G staff and when they come into a business the business falls apart. Stay away and find a better house to work for. This goes to out to all.

Too many layoffs of workers and now very top heavy

Pros

Flexible work schedule, lax dress code, pretty good work life balance but depends on supervisor

Cons

Way too top heavy and CEO is very aloof and is watching PO spend but not day to day spend Doesn't know that $$ is being spent on non-sales generating fluff (Look at the design area and all of the new furniture.) Antiquated systems and only lip service to updating. Actual workers way overworked due to multiple layoffs in the last six years.
