      -Some health insurance -Great midtown location -decent pay -learn alot about how a business is run

      Cons

      -No dental/vision, only partial health benefits -Doesn't observe all federal holidays -Doesn't pay OT -No lunch hour. -Boss tells your that she expects you to stay later or though your lunch hour if it's busy, but what she really means is that she expects you to give up your lunch hour all the time and to stay late regularly (without pay).
