The company was bought out from MB a few years ago, since the transition to 5/3 it has been in a full nose dive. Management is no longer in touch with the pains that lower and mid-level operations face. There is absolutely no training system in place, pay is below industry standards and benefits are atrociously priced. The biggest issues are that there is absolutely NO room for advancement, and blatent lying from management on changes within the teams. There has been high turnover in the past few months, and it appears that it will continue in September. Morale is non-existent at this point; between turnover, overwhelming work volume, lack of appreciation, the police force (known as Client Success), and absolutely NO work/life balance... I don't see LaSalle continuing much longer.
