Pros

Good VAR experience... Use this to your advantage, and then move elsewhere!

Cons

The company was bought out from MB a few years ago, since the transition to 5/3 it has been in a full nose dive. Management is no longer in touch with the pains that lower and mid-level operations face. There is absolutely no training system in place, pay is below industry standards and benefits are atrociously priced. The biggest issues are that there is absolutely NO room for advancement, and blatent lying from management on changes within the teams. There has been high turnover in the past few months, and it appears that it will continue in September. Morale is non-existent at this point; between turnover, overwhelming work volume, lack of appreciation, the police force (known as Client Success), and absolutely NO work/life balance... I don't see LaSalle continuing much longer.

Pros

I've been with the company a few years now, and it feels like a family. It's clear that everyone cares about their employees from mid-level management to "C" level execs, they know you and care about you. When management sets this example it spreads to allow us to care for the customer. Management listens to concerns, and works to help fix issues, or come up with new solutions or processes. They are a fast growing company, and having many successes year after year, so I also feel like my job is safe. Good benefits.

Cons

LaSalle is a fast growing company, and at times processes and procedures do not always seem to measure up to how large the company is becoming.
