They don't follow proper rules.They use employees according to their needs and once work done they will throw.No job security in this company. HR won't come to office properly. But employees should come Saturday also without having any work.Some employees will get hike 6 months once,some employees won't.Based on their managing skills they will provide hike.

They don't follow /have proper rules.they use employees according to their purpose.especially I don't recommend girls to join.only few projects. If you have managing skills then you can easily survive in this company. Management won't support employees when they r facing any problems in client location. Less chances to upgrade your skills.
