Pros

Only pro would be some of the team members I worked with while employed but was told there are only 2 people left working there that were employed when I was.

Cons

I worked for Transpak full time for multiple years. Don't be fooled by the perfect picture they paint of how being an employee for their company is. This is not the "friendly family" company they present themselves to be. Be prepared for long hours, loads of work, and no help. Low work morale. Upper management doesn't care about their employees and offer no help. You get a lot of promises for raises / new positions but they're normally being sugar coated and under ulterior motives. They don't care about their employees at all, the proof is in the reviews (skip over the positive reviews left by family members and read the true stuff).. The leadership team turn over was more times than I can remember in the 4 years of working there which speaks volumes for any company. I've heard through the grape vine that there has been a lot of changes recently in management and if that's the case, run in the other direction!!!

The Memphis location was closed. Since that time, we have implemented management training, a new employee handbook and performance and salary review processes to prevent similar occurrences in the future. Each site also has a confidential ethics hotline and an HR Partner available to share concerns openly and without fear of retaliation.
