They offer NO concessions for customers making it very difficult to handle escalating situations. Even incorrect billing is a struggle to fix. Their billing tactics are shady at best. Their training has really gone downhill over the past couple of years.
Great company takes care of employees and customers. Work is outside of urban areas, where they hire people from as well, so great for people that live in ruarl areas and also like to work there.
