      Pros

      This was a great job just out of college and feel that the work structure and life balance was amazing. The level of interaction you get with different levels of the organization is very welcoming when compared to other worksites. Overall this a great starting position as a job right outside of college.

      Cons

      Fast paced working environment and there is a learning curve to the intricacies within the logistics world of transportation.
