      Great workplace with lots of opportunities for growth

      Pros

      I have been working with Transiris for over 3 years. I have had a wonderful work experience so far, I received lots of opportunities for promotions, raises, and bonuses each year. I was promoted several times over the course of these 3 years based on my performance. We all have a flexible working schedule and managers are really supportive of having a healthy work - life balance which is very important to me in particular as a parent of two small children. There are plenty of opportunities to grow, succeed and achieve personal goals, but keep in mind that you also need to work hard, meet project deadlines and clients’ expectations.

      Cons

      The expectations are high, but that only pushed me to further develop my career and take on extra responsibilities.

      Pros

      This is a solid agency that took me on at my level and allowed me to advance my skills and knowledge. Transiris has given me the freedom to work remotely, travel all around Europe and the United States while being paid. The people are nice, I enjoy the work and I enjoy communicating with the clients, many of which are the top of their fields.

      Cons

      The standards and expectations are high and it's not a job for those who just want to take it easy.

      Pros

      It is a great environment where you are encouraged to grow, with amazing people passionate about their work that are willing to share with you their knowledge. Transiris is a big source o knowledge and beautiful friendships and the thing that I love the most about it, is that if you really want to develop your knowledge and skills, this Big Transiris Family is willing to help you achieve that. I am quite new in this company, but I have been here long enough to understand that if you are passionate about what you do, and you really want an environment where to be appreciated and encouraged to grow, this is the place. This is what I have missed in my old workplaces, so now that I found this, I am really putting all my effort to be part of this.

      Cons

      I think, the fact that it is a challenging environment can be seen as a con by some.
