Pros
The rank / file personnel and bulk of the executive level were the brightest and best in the biz. Owner was very involved.
Cons
President at that time was aggressive, ambitious, and all over the map. This particular leader brought anxiety and fear creating a toxic environment. Even the best of the company were constantly on edge never knowing if they would have a job from one day to the next. Many good personnel left because or this leader / leadership style. Owner was finally wise to the issue and the president let go.
