- "Management is confused at times and the company is run by a bunch of old white guys with no new ideas" (in 3 reviews)
- Current Employee★★★★★
Pros
I like to work here. The people here are very nice to work with.
Cons
Wish there will be more connection across different functional teams
- Current Employee, more than 5 years★★★★★
Pros
Great people Easy to schedule time off
Cons
Computer software needs upgrade Monitors need to be larger
Continue reading - Current Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Brand name and stability of company
Cons
There are quite a bit of leadership changes on the senior leadership. Pay and benefits could be reviewed. People I work with are leaving for more pay that they can get somewhere else.
Craig Green, Chief Financial Officer, assumed the position of President & CEO in August 2021, after Tom Hurson retired after 36 years of service. Recently, three new members have joined our Senior Leadership team, Matt Clark, Chief Financial Officer (April 2021), Brad Olsen, VP of Marketing (April 2022), and Troy Grimes, VP of Supply Chain (May 2022). More detailed information about our Senior Leadership team can be found on our website https://www.treetop.com/about/senior-leadership-team/ These changes will continue to propel the company’s strong performance and create a culture of high employee engagement. Tree Top works with external compensation and benefits vendors to review salary and benefit plans every year. We strive to remain competitive with other similar companies and offer a full range of benefits. A listing of the company’s full benefits can be found at https://www.treetop.com/careers/benefits/.

Pros
Easy work and no accountability
Cons
There is no accountability and the company does not want to grow
Continue reading - Current Employee★★★★★
Pros
Decent pay, for the area. Great relocation package for salaried employees. Steady, recession-proof work
Cons
Hourly employees and supervisors work a lot of hours without much choice. A few management personalities are hostile and manipulative.
- Current Employee, more than 3 years★★★★★
Pros
Lots of learning opportunities for young careers
Cons
Seems to be a lack of mobility due to vague job descriptions
- Current Employee★★★★★
Pros
You get to learn/work with virtual desktops. You also get to learn about different areas of general IT (normally through troubleshooting). It is also a medium size company so you don't always get held up by bureaucracy and also have a bit of a bigger budget/opportunity for bigger projects. They also pay for training to better yourself as long as it makes sense with business goals. There is always work to do.
Cons
Management has unrealistic expectations at times for the amount of work and the expectation for what can be done. There is a bit of a negative culture in some departments. The help desk is sort of a catch all for process improvement even when they are not directly involved in the creation of the process. Goals for moving up the chain are unclear and seem to be more based on time than merit/skill.
- Current Employee★★★★★
Pros
Well taken care of here, really care about employees
Cons
How bonuses are figures out and annual reviews is very confusing
- Current Employee, more than 3 years★★★★★
Pros
Okay. Vacation. Overtime. Breaks. People.
Cons
Pay. Overtime. Schedule. Supervisors. Planning.
