      Cons

      Working with public companies can require some overtime, but that is the nature of the work.

      Pros

      -Everyone is very friendly and supportive -Unlimited Flexibility with remote hours -Interesting and diverse set of clients and lots of autonomy and agency in the work.

      Cons

      -Full remote can be a bit isolating for Jr. Staff who need lots of support -Time sheets are strenuous as billable hours expectations are very high
