get to work with architects and wonderful sales reps

    Cons

working with rude people in the office

    Advice to Management

Just as the former review, don't bite the hand that feeds you. We all worked our bottoms off and to show appreciation you lay everyone off

I have been working at Trespa full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Higher than average salaries and amount of paid holidays, great colleagues

    Cons

Lack of communication from top management down leading to too frequent changes of priorities, high stress, high number of people getting burn-outs. They like to hire overqualified people with very high salary but do not invest on secretaries or middle level to carry out practical things, result is that overqualified people get bored of spending time organizing every little activity and leave the company within 6 months to 3 years.

    Advice to Management

Investigate reasons behind burn-outs, invest on forming and training less specialised people instead of hiring overspecialised people

  3. "So much to learn, not enough training"

    Pros

    Advice to Management
