      Pros

      The pay was ok after a couple of years of service. Lots of room for advancement, due to very high turnover.

      Cons

      Horrible work life balance, an "Executive" team that is extremely bloated and out of touch. Weak engineering leadership, they cannot work on anything outside of their standard offerings. Very high turnover at this firm.

      Work from home when not on the road

      Cons

      Overworked, terrible work life ballance, overbearing management and a poor work culture. Just as many managers as engineers. Almost no perks for travelling which can be extensive and no extra compensation for working extra which you will be expected to do. Core group of original engineers and managers that if you aren't part of the club you aren't ever going to be. Terrible training setup and just overall a dysfunctional organization.
