      Pros

      The only positive to working here was the work experience & friendships I gained.

      Cons

      This company is extremely management top-heavy. There is no structure, no backbone, and love treating their employees like dirt. As far as the workload goes, it was heavy. No issue with that but at times their expectations were unrealistic. I consider myself a hard worker but often they have unrealistic deadlines. Do not work here, it's a toxic place!

      Pros

      I was lucky to have awesome and supportive colleagues that even when we knew that we're not going to last in this place, we still had a great time working together.

      Cons

      There's not much has changed over the past 2 years and I knew that I didn't grow much. There's just very limited opportunity to grow and advance your career in this place. The company was always focused on making revenue so employees career growth was never on his mind.

      Pros

      The coworkers were kind enough to help me and get me through the newbie phase. But the monitoring doesn't really end there.

      Cons

      When you're new in here, you will be very closely monitored. Everything you do will be checked twice because they don't trust if you're doing your job right. It's a pain and a waste of time, it also hinders you from getting more loan approvals which means extra pay,
