    Pros

good work life balance, nice colleagues

    Cons

the big boss is "inexperienced" but overly powerful. Salary delay was one of indicators which signaled some complex issues behind the company. "good work life balance" may not always be a good thing, staffs have ever gotten bored when sitting in the office......

    Advice to Management

big boss should focus on business development, and let other talents help to do the management without interventions
