      None Seriously, I can't come up with a good reason to waste your time here

      Machinery badly needs maintenance and parts. Cannot create good parts, but rather forces quality to accept bad parts. Management is more concerned with selling junk than making good product Management is too busy in fighting to concern themselves with effectively doing their job. The Quality manager has a serious personality problem at best, a drinking problem at worse. The owner has no idea how to actually machine a part,
