      Fair and Supportive Leadership with a Collaborative Global Team

      Pros

      Leadership is fair, transparent, and genuinely supportive. Even while managing remotely from the U.S., I always felt trusted, included, and part of the bigger mission. The team is talented, collaborative, and refreshingly drama free. Everyone works hard, communicates openly, and takes pride in delivering results. It’s a fast-paced, growth-focused environment that encourages new ideas and rewards initiative.

      Cons

      Work-life balance could sometimes be challenging due to cross-time-zone meetings, but the team’s commitment made it manageable. The company moves quickly, so career paths are largely self-directed, which suits independent, proactive people.

      Young company in many ways

      Pros

      -Work life balance, work can be completed within the work day/workweek. -Free snacks and drinks in the pantry. -If you put in the effort, you can outgrow your current role. -Company lunches even during tough times of Covid 19 and having to work from home.

      Cons

      -Nothing is done to people that abuse the lateness policy. -Could be more transparent with the staff when things are not rosy.

      Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We have always appreciated the fact that our staff are able to have a work-life balance and spend quality time with their families and perform in their roles. We have a lateness policy and staff with punctuality issues in the past have been dealt with privately and with their Supervisors if they show no improvement. With the Covid-19 pandemic affecting the way most businesses operate, we have implemented weekly CEO updates to resolve the gap between Management and staff and also to be more transparent on the progress of the company’s health.
