A little disorganized, in transition to full EHR system, small size office space for such a fast growing company, communication can be sometimes difficult. Advancement within the company can either be real easy or real hard. Sometimes gossip gets the best of situations and/or people. With the high number of employees in such a small building, sometimes moods flare. Very talkative staff, makes some days very unproductive.
