Pros

Twin Cities R!SE is market driven which forces them to continually make changes to what and how they deliver programming to participants. TCR partners with businesses in the community to increase the options of training for their participants.

Cons

Twin Cities R!SE only has two locations.

Pros

Great mission. Important work. Unparalleled outcomes. Visionary program.

Cons

Hostile work environment for women. Human Resources Office was eliminated by the CEO. Board members failed to take multiple reports of actionable offenses by the CEO seriously. An entire high performing department of women left due to the hostile, sexist work environment. Additionally, CEO fosters a dynamic of open conflict and dysfunction between departments that unfairly pins employers against each other.
