    Good company, good people, benefits are good,

    Cons

    coworkers crosses the line on sex and religion. Very clickish, micro manage, company advises open door policy, but if you do you will be shunned by manager, an no reindeer games

    Advice to Management

    Let the people hired to the job, everyone will make mistakes, trust in your people, you might see a difference....provide training at all levels

    Pros

    Good facilities with several computer labs all around the campus and excellent science labs. IT center is very helpful. Located in a very good location

    Cons

    poor lecturers and tutors, most of whom just reads through the lecture slides rather than explaining topics in details. Often fails to answer students' querries

    Get more qualified lecturers.

    Great place to work, perfect working environment and renumeration / benefit

    The team is too big thus slow to make decisions

    Pros

    Good working environment and culture. Lots of extra fitness group activities for the employee. Most of the colleagues were supportive and inspiring.

    Cons

    Not so convenient location. It was quite difficult to talk to management team. Average pay and slow growth progression.

    Fun and laid back work culture, colleagues are friendly and close knit, flexible hours

    Low salary and projects are often rushed and or outsourced leading to a mess during BAU transition

    Stop outsourcing to vendors and encourage internal growth
