    I worked at Ufida Software full-time

    Flexible time and opportunity to meet different kinds of clients.

    Cons

    No proper trainings, people who can develop good relationship with management can be more focused rather than skills concerned.

    I worked at Ufida Software full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Good packages and benefits, strategic work place.

    Cons

    Bad manager, they have a boss rather than a leader. Requires you to learn everything yourself, it's not a known product in world, no proper documentation, no guidance, just need performance.
    Manager finding people who can join, plug in and perform within days even though probation period is 3 months.

    Advice to Management

    Treat everyone equal then your company will grow as well.

    I worked at Ufida Software (More than a year)

    Pros

    Fair salary package and benefits. The salary increment was okay after I joined one year.

    Cons

    No documentation for each project. Poor guidance had been provided by seniors, they expect you know everything. Every senior could be your "boss", you have to listen to each of them, sometimes the "bosses" can direct you to completely different directions, then you would not know who shall you follow . People here good at playing 'Taichi', if issue happened, the "bosses" will speak for themselves only and blame on you(new comer), then you are the one who is screwed. I have left the company to join a better consulting firm, so what I would said is 'good luck' to the new comers!

    Advice to Management

    Provide better and related training to new comers. last time sending me and 1 new comer to oversea yonyou training center which was wasting money and time. We learn nothing from there actually, except making some new friends. Provide better guidance to new comers, especially seniors.

    3. Chinese manager who don't understand the local market reality

    Advice to Management

    1. Have proper training & development for fresh graduate
    2. Don't hire for the sake of hiring

    I have been working at Ufida Software full-time

    Pros

    Great colleague relationship; good location in Causeway Bay; a bit flexible working hours; flat management organisation structure; pantry provided; opportunities to travel; basic 12 day annual paid leave; bonus or commission provided; mainly local and mainland staff; mandarin and Cantonese both okay; English is official written language.

    Cons

    Low investments in overseas marketing; a bit fall behind in terms of Internet market; lack of branding strategy in overseas; high turnover rate; low internet speed in office;

    Advice to Management

    Invest more in marketing and branding; also set more motivation rules; use own moderne software for more efficiency and more productivity during management process; stimulate staff's passion during work and more team building activities; more bonus or other gifts;

    I worked at Ufida Software (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Overall a good base-touching environment for people new to UI design. The director was from one of the great design company in China.

    Cons

    They seemed just launched the program redesigning their product in 2014, so basically not much design practice to do at that time.

    Advice to Management

    Well, if you really wanna redesign your product, set a solid deadline and goals for employees to work with.
