      Pros

      Benefits are ok, $15 minimum wage, profit sharing program, holiday bonuses, inclusive to all, teamwork and common purpose.

      Cons

      No union, maternity leave isn't great, benefits are just okay, expensive cafeteria food.

      Focus values, informal work environments, lots of people that collaborate well.

      Cons

      Slow to change or commit to improvements if it would upset someone. Have quite a few employees that are not open to change, drag their feet, and not held accountable.

      Staff/coworkers are great The work is engaging when staffed appropriately

      Cons

      Overworked Pay does not fit the workload Management care more about filling holes in the schedule than mental health or work-life balance. Management shuts down any ideas to improve conditions that might cost money

      Meriter offers competitive wages and benefits. They try to create a supportive culture, but it is difficult because they are a large organization.

      Cons

      I left due to a conflicting styles with my direct supervisor. I did not feel like there was anywhere I could go for help.
