      Office location in downtown Wilmington, health benefit coverage for single household

      Cons

      In summary: toxic management, inconsistent expectations/commission structure, nonexistent upward/lateral growth, depreciating quality of product to sell to recycled accounts which results in negative culture, attitude, and overall team performance. It’s downhill fast.

      Pros

      Performance is rewarded. Ownership is expected. If you can be disciplined, set goals, and be growth-minded minded then you will succeed.

      Cons

      It can be a grind while you learn the ropes and grow within the company...but such is sales. Once you hit your stride and embrace the pace, the job becomes much more fun. The people who do end up working here for a long time.

      Good competitions and management wants you to succeed, good opportunity to make a lot of money early in your career if you hit commission/ cut in

      Cons

      Hard industry to cold call into, at a certain point it really boils down to luck, super competitive environment (it’s sales what can you expect)
