Compensation is tragic for engineering roles—expecting you to work non-stop while capping pay at around €1,200 in the best-case scenario. Management is incredibly reactive; they only adjusted salaries once after a mass resignation of 4 people at the same time. Financial growth and promotions don't happen based on merit or hard work; you only move up if you play toxic corporate politics and diplomatic games. Avoid this place if you want to be judged by your actual skills.
