Great company, exciting product, incredible colleagues
Pros
Great company: Compensation and health benefits are great. PTO, sick time, vacation, and a 'winter break' are generous. Awesome diverse team from all over the world. Good work / home balance. There's room to grow and transparency about your career trajectory. Exciting product: Truly believe in this product. I love knowing I'm a part of a growing team that will soon be the leader in the space. Incredible colleagues: Can't say enough good things about my peers and the leaders. They truly are a great team.
Cons
Things change, but it's to be expected working for a fast-growing company. It's not really a 'con' for me b/c I like to be apart of figuring out what works and what doesn't. And to quote Smash Mouth's "...we could all use a little change.." ;)
