Pros

None that comes to mind besides decent pay

Cons

Very unsafe place to work. Dangerous voltage and machines that no one seems to respect. Corrupt CEO. Terrible management. Family and friends make unfair pay and get special treatment. Used to be a great place to work and safety was a priority. All that went out the window now that the new CEO is in charge. All the employees who helped build this company and loved working here have jumped ship because of it.

Pros

It's interesting work and you learn a lot very quickly

Cons

Management is highly motivated to make irrational moves for dollar signs. Hurry up and wait for nothing mentality. You're told if you work really hard, you'll see a bonus or a raise and it's a complete lie. The employee is not important to them. If you make suggestions, you will be ignored. If you bring up problems that you have, you'll be treated worse. All of upper management are friends, and none of them have any ability to lead people. You will be called all day everyday including weekends, holidays and evenings. Working scheduled weekends, not occasional.
