I left my secure job for a position at V2 incentives. After 3 weeks of barely any training I was furloughed. Instead of being offered a severance package, I was given nothing. If they knew there was going to be a dip in business, Management should have discussed that prior to hiring a new employee. Absolutely horrible. DO NOT WORK HERE!

Thank you for your review. Your employment agreement spells out our procedures. Your first 90 days are on a probationary period. Three weeks of employment doesn't warrant a severance package. I'm sorry you left a secure position you were happy with. The situation that led to your layoff was unpredictable and unavoidable.
I have only been working with V2 incentives for a few months now but I am shocked to see any bad reviews that have been posted about this company. The entire V2 team was so welcoming from the beginning and even in a work-from-home environment, everyone makes an effort to get to know one another. There are countless good things I could say about V2, the work-life balance is great, the chance to travel to amazing destinations, unlimited PTO as long as you get your work done and you don't have to worry about going into the office every day and the normal stress of rush hour traffic. The owners of the company along with everyone else in the company are all friendly and professional and I have never once had a bad experience or felt uncomfortable!
Cons
None that I can think of. V2 is doing a great job!
