    Pros

If your a smoker you get unlimited breaks, some people are good to work with others will try to stab you in the back

    Cons

Lots of management very few techs. If you love Rams your guaranteed a job (one of the managers love rams). Even if you don’t know anything talk about the Rams and your in. Very disrespectful program managers special the one from India

    Advice to Management

Change everything. Heading straight for the iceberg. If this company continues how they are, they won’t be around much longer. Horrible cafeteria

Systemic problems exist. Management cares about sales numbers rather than meeting commitments. Low pay and limited benefits for the industry.

    Advice to Management

Management needs to focus on quality, meeting their commitments and not their bonuses.

I have been working at VACCO full-time

    Pros

4 day work week, great co-workers, respectful employees, solid engineering team.

    Cons

No formal training for jobs- sink or swim pretty much but there are individuals that will help. Also, you tend to feel stuck without much advancement in career path or investing in young talent for managerial positions. This is a great place to work if you are satisfied with your state of living and want to cruise to retirement.

    Advice to Management

Invest in younger employees and identify future business leaders for the company
