Pros

Good pay , good company benefits

Cons

Very racist company, I had to suffer from continuous racist jokes by groups of white Men that held years of seniority. There’s a in crowd there , if u don’t get along with certain employees you’re doomed.

Pros

Money is okay for the work

Cons

If you're a parent, don't bother applying. Vacation is denied without reason or logic, so taking care of sick kids is impossible. Attendance runs on a point system, but it seems HR doesn't understand how to add 1s and 2s. Points are returned after 30 working days - NOT calendar days, so weekends, holidays, and vacation days don't count. HR finds every possible excuse to refuse FMLA, so if you have a kid sick from school for more than 3 days in a semester, you're already getting written up. Turnover is extremely high, so you're always training someone. Management doesn't value people here. Health insurance is way too expensive for mediocre coverage. Morale on the floor is horrible. Everyone is crabby and disrespectful.
