      It’s a laid back job and there’s no cubicles.

      Cons

      The benefits and pay at Valor is pretty bad. There’s so much that needs to be improved and I feel bad for anyone who wants to move up in the company. Just like any other call center, there’s favoritism and micromanaging.

      Pros

      Management is very understanding, great work life balance, picked up many skills, PTO, all in all great company to work for.

      Cons

      Constantly changing work tasks which meant sometimes hours changed unexpectedly. Pay isn’t negotiable for the changing work tasks. You sign a contract in the beginning agreeing to this. But there were times you could feel underpaid for certain jobs.
