SPM solution is robust and good technical sales team

Cons

Incompetent leadership. Constant change in objectives, Sales Planning software is not enterprise ready. They don’t use their own ICM solution internally, which is very telling. It’s so true that you should choose a company based on who you work for and your direct management team. I rate their overall ability to effectively lead the org 1 out of 5 stars

Relatively good investment in development/R&D.

Cons

Incompetent leadership, company lacks a strategy that they can get behind and execute on. Leaders change strategy and direction frequently. Some of the worst treatment of employees which is why they have such a high turnover rate in certain divisions. Managers lack follow through on their commitments and their support to customer success is less than optimal.

Head of our department is unorganized. KPIs changing by the quarter, it is hard to make commission here.
