      None, false promises, I don’t see any pros , don’t work here if you value yourself . I work here and I could not take it anymore.

      Worst management ever. Do not apply only false promises . No bonuses or anything like they said or promise you.

      there’s no pro frankly speaking, don’t believe anything they told you including the 5 star glassdoor review they try to fabricate

      Cons

      Endless false promises and also incompetence of management. Their math is so bad that I cannot even communicate with them regarding models. They take days off constantly whereas you get no vacation literally. Management doesn’t care about employee development and help people build up skillsets to succeed.

      Pros

      Interesting new technology that they are trying to compete in.

      Cons

      Firm is just churning interviews to gain information about the industry and trades. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Will never hear back from them. Small shop trying to get into FPGA which they won’t be able to compete. Two other traders running relative value on CME and scalp strategies in Brazil. Can’t compete on CME currently.
