      Good base pay, work remotely, deal sizes can be large

      Cons

      Dog eat dog, favoritism, micro managing. Have to sell appointments and lead gen and not tell customers the leads and prospects are given gift cards. Even the customers are given gift cards to keep buying leads. It’s a big sham

      Pros

      Remote Company means he can hate your boss from a far and only pretend to respect him on virtual calls.

      Cons

      Since the change in sales leadership, the company's performance has noticeably declined. The decision to let go of experienced sales professionals, particularly those who are older, is glaringly evident, despite the fact that the leadership themselves are older. This has resulted in a loss of morale, teamwork, and a shared commitment to the company's growth.
