Pros
Very professional and respectful team environment. Projects are diverse and interesting - single family, multi family development and commercial. I received very good training and the management team is very strong and approachable. They use an amazing Entrepreneurial Operating System that in inclusive and keeps everyone accountable.
Cons
A lot of follow up with trades can be tedious however in a pre COVID world, this is an industry wide issue.
