Owners make promises and don’t keep them Will pay new employees more than their employees that have been there for years Hard work is not rewarded, in fact it’s the opposite. You work hard and then they’ll tell you to work harder. Bids are extremely low and then ceo will get mad that you go over. No structure at this company at all. They don’t care about employees, only profit. If you’re an apprentice that actually wants to have a career in this trade, stay FAR FAR AWAY from this company. Take it from someone who spent 6+ years too long at this dogshit company. No paid holidays No Benefits No retirement No future
