Good benefits package. Relatively positive growth outlook. Yearly bonus. Casual work environment
Cons
Lack of strong leadership leaves employees disillusioned and unmotivated. Employees not fully valued for their skills. Bad work/life relationship for many employees. Poor design process, lack of communication and direction creates confusion and frustration. Advice/suggestions from long time employees not taken into consideration. Not forward thinking, strong reluctance to change.
