      Pros

      Really wonderful people to work with- you can be your real self. Very empathetic and genuine supervisors. Ethical company that values work/life balance. A lot of flexibility and autonomy.

      Cons

      Making your numbers each month can become stressful. Changes happening all the time, sometimes with little warning.

      Pros

      This is a work from home position and the technology is awesome! I love that I am at home with my young family and can spend lunches with them! The support and training received sets employees up for success.

      Cons

      Being a work from home position makes it difficult to learn from others as much and we do not get the comradery that exists in an office building.
