Pros
Every day was different, sometimes in a chaotic way but mostly fun. Made some really good friends and honestly loved my time at the company even if it wasn't always perfect. I saw the company grow and when it was small I had great opportunities to do some good creative work and leave my mark. I learned a LOT about the data industry.
Cons
Not sure how things have changed but when I was there, management within the marketing team devolved at the end and the team got really lacklustre and resentful. Great and talented people pushed out without their knowledge leaving a mark so honestly, so much talent and internal knowledge lost.
