      - Extremely poor project management - No team cohesion, felt very much aggressive workplace if you weren't in the "in" crowd

      Cons

      Disgusting line manager Everything that was promised including training and development was not provided at all. Manager pushed all his short fallings onto the employee and dismissed them from the job in 3 weeks. If you think they will support you. You are wrong. They will support their own managers first.

      Good contracts and Perks Nice Company Car Some nice guys Loved being outdoors

      Expected to work two full weekends per month ( sat lunch home Sun Late) Reached a stage where I was leaving wife a 3 children under8 every other weekend. Then you would moue be expected to lodge away midweek if job was further than a 2 hour total tip. Most were. These are not unusual in the Rail industry but when the financial crash happened in 2009, we had a rethik aboutas mentioned. The work life balance.
