Pros

A number of people in the company are also quite wonderful to work with.

Cons

• Upper management is extremely disconnected and operates without any real strategy or coherent decision making. • The systems in place are a complete mess , with tools that simply do not work as needed. • There is a constant effort to present the role as ideal, filled with promises and an illusion of choice, when the reality is very different. • The culture has become increasingly toxic and unsustainable overall. • People leave frequently and often without notice, and it only becomes obvious when they suddenly disappear from Slack. • Even those closest to leadership have been leaving one after another. • If you are considering a role here, it is strongly advised to read all reviews carefully and take them seriously.

Solid pay and kind people, but operational chaos

Pros

solid pay, mostly kind considerate people. Not a company that will try to screw you

Cons

It's an absolute mess. Company needs to heavily invest in operationlization, but instead gutted teams then tried to overhaul systems. CEO keeps trying to grow and isnt taking the time to actually get operatoins right first

Pros

You are part of a company that is trying to move quickly and innovate.

Cons

- Growth aggressively outpace any real structure, and it was obvious in daily work, because processes were incomplete yet still relied on, forcing you to make decisions and handle tasks without any dependable framework, which becomes frustrating very quickly. - It was not just occasional gaps, it felt constant, like everything was being changed in real time instead of being properly established from the start. - You finally adjust to one approach, then it shifts again, sending you back to figuring everything out from the beginning. - It creates a constant sense of instability where you are always trying to catch up instead of working with any confidence. - Over time, it becomes draining and discouraging.
