Pros
- Great team and company culture (work life balance is important, lots of team activities) - Wide variety of research projects - Opportunity to work on initiatives outside of project work - Promote personal and career development where possible - Lovely new office
Cons
- Slight growing pains, due to size it can be slow to implement new systems / initiatives company wide - More training opportunities for senior members of staff required

Collaborative and supportive working style, team members are motivated and inquisitive Clear focus on development and progression, management provide plenty of opportunities and are approachable Projects are interesting and varied Supported by wider CHR team (e.g., enabling functions, finance team, shared office) Fun team with plenty of non-work related events/socials
Cons
Although supported by wider CHR team, some (new) processes/systems are less relevant for us as we're a much smaller team Team is required to give lots of hands on support (e.g., with admin tasks which take up a lot of time) as we're a small team, but I expect this to change in the future as we continue to grow
