      remote work is nice. "unlimited PTO", though noone takes it and noone will treat yours like it.

      Pros

      Great team to work with. This is the second startup I've worked with and so far, I think the communication has been great. There's a lot of work, which is good and a lot of room to grow.

      Cons

      Takes a little more time to learn and understand the work since the company is smaller.
