No pros at all. The seniors who can’t leave the company end up creating a toxic environment for newcomers

Cons

Delayed salaries, unfair pay cuts, and zero professionalism. The company lacks transparency, fosters backbiting, and shows no regard for employee well-being. Unstable environment with unexpected layoffs and poor ethics. The department heads are the worst & it’s shocking how they can sleep at night without any guilt. Limited learning opportunities; the technology isn’t useful long-term
